Exact figures move with level and unit, so ask for the current list rather than working from a band.

Published as “above RM0.55 per square foot”, inclusive of the sinking fund. Read that as a floor rather than a rate — it is the number the developer is willing to commit to today, and the final figure is set closer to completion. At RM0.55 a 2,009 sq ft home is about RM1,105 a month and a 4,540 sq ft home about RM2,497; anything above that floor moves both. Ask and we will send the developer’s current indication in writing.

Yes. Penang sets a minimum price a foreign buyer may purchase at, and these homes are above it. The rules and the state consent process are revised from time to time, so confirm the current position with us and with your own solicitor before committing.

A booking form and deposit reserve a specific unit, after which the sale and purchase agreement is issued and your solicitor takes over. Before any of that, ask for the current unit list and the price list for the layouts you are weighing up.
